myspell-lv software package provides Latvian dictionary for Myspell, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install myspell-lv
myspell-lv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the myspell-lv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep myspell-lv *
You will get with myspell-lv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
